Support for Active YSKC Participants – for enrolled Families only.

Are you a current student or parent with a program-specific question—like rehearsal details, special event participation, or performance-related logistics? Our Program Manager works closely with the Artistic/Executive Director to ensure the seamless execution of YSKC’s programs and concerts. This role coordinates venues, schedules, retreats, and artistic personnel, and is your go-to for real-time, program-specific information once you’re enrolled. While all general or administrative questions should begin with Student & Family Services, the Program Manager is here to support your student’s experience on the ground, ensuring every rehearsal and performance is set up for success.

Sheet Music & Audition Materials Support

For all questions or needs related to sheet music, scores, part replacements, or audition packets, please contact our Librarian.

This role is solely responsible for preparing, distributing, and managing all musical materials used in YSKC rehearsals, performances, and auditions. Whether you’re a student missing a part, a conductor needing updates, or a coach with specific bowing notes, our Librarian ensures every ensemble is equipped with accurate, organized, and performance-ready materials. All other questions—including registration, billing, logistics, or rehearsal schedules—should continue to be directed to Student & Family Services or the Program Manager as appropriate.
