Faculty Absence Request If you are a YSKC Faculty member and need to report an absence—planned or unexpected—please use the form below. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed promptly, and our Program Manager will reach out to confirm arrangements within 2 business days during regular office hours (Tuesday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM). ⚠️ Note: This form is for faculty use only. Student or family absence requests should continue to be submitted via the student/parent portal or Student & Family Services.
