YSKC’s Spring Concert opens with the Debut and Philharmonic Orchestras, celebrating a season of growth, artistry, and collaboration. Set in the world-class Helzberg Hall, this program highlights the joy of making music together while showcasing the progress and passion of our younger ensembles.

Audiences will enjoy a diverse program of orchestral works, bringing energy and beauty to the Kauffman Center stage as our students close out their year of learning and performance.

Event Schedule

• 12:00 PM – Philharmonic Orchestra arrives
• 12:15–12:45 PM – Philharmonic Orchestra sound check
• 12:15 PM – Debut Orchestra arrives
• 12:45–1:30 PM – Debut Orchestra sound check
• 1:30 PM – House doors open
• 2:00 PM – Concert begins
• ~3:15 PM – Concert concludes 

Additional Details

• Concert attire required for all performers
• Tickets required for audience members (available through the Kauffman Center Box Office)
• All YSKC students are expected to attend and support other ensembles, seated in areas designated by YSKC/Kauffman staff
